My other LJ was all deleted, so I made a new one.
I successfully modded an Xbox 360 today. It was a lot of fun. Dead Rising is fucking nuts. I beat a zombie up with a fucking fish.
I pick up Chip's modchips (ha) tomorrow morning from the Post Office. Then it's all about soldering shit. He's got an Xbox one and a PS2 chip. If the PS2 chip actually autoboots, I'll be fucking estatic.

I was wandering like what?who the fuck is that,then I read the name.I heard the A.I. for the people your trying to save is really dumd,like if they don't have a weapon they'll like walk up to zombies and punch them instead of following you.and tha the text is unreadable.but it's still the only game I would get the 360 for,I don't think I'm and elder scroller.hey,whats the modded 360 like?is thier any screen shots around or anything like that,I'm interested,whats the plusses to modding a 360 anyways?I thought they kinda had everything.August 26 2006, 04:29:26 UTC 5 years ago

Dead Rising is actually quite fucking difficult. The AI is dumb, yeah, but it's not like any game AI is uniquely great. Even Halo's marines got in the way of my snipes all the time. All fucking killing my friends instead of fucking aliens.360 modding is in the earliest of stages. It's all about backup games right now. All you can do is specifically mod the drive to read burned discs. Nothing major. Just backed up games.

Vaguely. The newest versions of XBMC are way more useful and stream lined than the old ones. Newest codecs and online music streaming and shit.Beyond games, I couldn't even begin to consider what the 360 can do as long as I have the orignal modded. I only found one cheap at a pawn shop and wouldn't have bought one for a while otherwise.
I have Elder Scrolls Oblivion, Dead or Alive 4, Prey, Perfect Dark 360, Need For Speed Most Wanted, Burnout Revenge, Quake 4... Etc... You know me.
